A visit of Sandeep Dikshit to Alshifa Multi-speciality Hospital



New Delhi 2nd April, 2011: Membe of Parliament Okhla Sandeep Dikshit, today on 2nd April visited Alshifa Multispeicality Hospital, Dawat Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi.

While on his visit, he appreciated the efforts of Human Welfare Trust for taking such steps of opening a Multispecialty hospital in his cosituency .He showed immense happiness on his invitation for visit of Hospital. In a meeting which held today by Alshifa Multispeciality hospital and Research Centre, he promised for giving maximum support for the well functioning and establishment of Alshifa Hospital.

Brig. Zafar Ali, CEO, Civil, Alshifa Hospital explained some urgent need for the staring of hospital and on this Sandeep Diskhit promised the people for solving all the problems for starting of hospital which is a need of this locality and poor people.

On this important occasion, the eminent personalities were present like ward councillor, Engineer Jamluddin and councillor Mr. Shoeb Danish and

dignitaries of Jamaat-e-Islami like Syed Gulam Akbar Sb, Prof. K. A. Siddique Hassan, Mujtaba Farooque Alshifa Hosptial is a chartable Hospital and it is in final stage of completion.

SCHOLAR SCHOOL CELEBRATED ITS FIRST ANNUAL FUNCTION

New Delhi: Scholar School celebrated its first annual function on 27th March at the school campus. Students nicely performed on stage and presented some programmes to entertain and appease the guest, students , teachers and guardians who were present in the annual function.

The students presented Nazm, Tarana, Poems and Drama Speach with their melodies voice and received blessing from the audiences.

The scholar school gives education till Class Vth and it is in proposal to increase the classes and give the education to secondary level.

The Chief Guest of the Programme was Naib Ameer e Jamaat Mohd Jafar Saheb.The students who performed well in sports were also felicitated with prizes and they were encouraged to get position in their studies also.

On this occasion, Prof. K. A. Siddique Hassan appreciated the efforts of teachers for providing best quality education to students and making them eligible for getting good results and performing satisfactory in the annual exams. He thanked the guests and teachers who were present in the annual function.

The guests appreciated the efforts of all teachers of the school mainly the programme incharge, Miss. Ambreen Siddiqui. On this occasion, school Principal, Zar Nigar Khan and other teachers Nuzhat Bano, Fauzia Khan, Afreen Noor, Ayesha Khan, Razia Lateef participated in this programme.

HWF offered scholarships to 45 Muslim students of Delhi

New Delhi 17th March, 2011: Human welfare Foundation a national NGO has offered scholarships to some 45 selected Muslim students of Delhi in an Scholarship Distribution Ceremony held on 16th March evening at the headquarter of SIO, students Islamic Organization.

Besides Delhi, HWF has sent the scholarship to muslim students living in other states also like in West Bengal, Assam, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

The ceremony was chaired by president of Students Orgnization, Janab Azharuddin.

He said that the purpose of getting education should not be to get a good job, but we should accept the concept of getting education according to Islam.

He also said that planning is also important for getting success.

Since 2000, HWF is giving scholarship to best Muslim students in many states of India which has a sole purpose to uplift muslim students in the field of education and guide them so that they can be a part of nation building.

The selected students were mainly those who are seeking to get higher education in the field of humanities, social sciences, journalism NGO management and other courses.

Vision 2016 programme has been started to uplift weaker section of Muslim students educationally.

Chief Guest of the ceremony, Janab Rafeek Sahib, Assistant Secretary, JIH, reminded the students about their social and religious responsibilities and he said the students that their purpose is also to serve humanities and follow Islam besides getting good education.

National secretary, SIO, Mohd. Shoeb, president of Delhi zone Mohammad Aneesure Rahman also addressed the students.

Jamaat delegation visits Imam university in Riyadh


Riyadh, : Dr. Suleiman Abalkhail, president of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh on Tuesday held talks with a delegation from Indian Jamaat-e-Islami led by Professor Siddique Hassan Abdullah.

Abdullah briefed the university president on Jamaat's efforts to spread the message of Islam in India by holding a variety of programs including seminars and conferences and publishing books on Islam in different Indian languages.

The Jamaat leader also spoke about the Vision 2016 project aimed at implementing a large number of educational, health and social welfare projects in different parts of the country.

More than 125 projects have been implemented under Vision 2016 during the past years, benefiting over a million people. The project targets 10 million beneficiaries in a span of 10 years.

The welfare projects are being supervised by the Human Welfare Trust, an umbrella organization that has several distinguished and experienced community leaders on its board of trustees. It has 50 NGOs as its affiliates spreading over 20 states.Dr. Abalkhail appreciated Jamaat's Islamic and humanitarian activities in India. He discussed with the delegation prospects of cooperation between the university and Jamaat.

Abalkhail briefed the delegation on the university's courses and its colleges and institutes inside and outside Saudi Arabia. The delegation, which included Ibrahim Malabari, visited the Higher Institute of Justice and the College of Shariah in the campus.

Delegate of Saudi visited Jamaat-e-Islami Headquarter



New Delhi: Shaikh Hasan Aalaid general secretary of supreme council of Islamic affairs, Saudi Government visited the headquarter of Jamaat-e-Isalmi Hind New Delhi.

Member of standing committe, Salim Alsahli, Fahad Alutaibi and secretary of the council Abdul Aziz Saleh were also present with Sheikh Saleh for the visit of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind.

On this important occasion, dignitaries of Jamaat-e-Isalmi accompanied him for visit of Headquarter of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind.

He also visited the Alshifa Hospital and Research Center which is under construction and soon going to start in Dawat Nagar, Abul Fazal Encalve, New Delhi near headquarter of JIH.

Sheikh Saleh Hussain Aalaid also visited the head office of Vision 2016 which is located in Jasola Vihar, in New Delhi.

While visit to Jasola office of Vision 2016, the general secretary and the architect of Vision 2016, Prof. K. A. Siddique Hassan explained the achievements, no. Of beneficiaries, targets of the projects which is running under Vision 2016 in different states of India.

While meeting the delegates of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind and Vision 2016, Shaikh Hasan Aalaid showed immense happiness over the efforts of Jamaat-e-Islami in India since long time. He said that Jamaat is being appreciated across the world.

The important dignitaries of Jamaat-e-Islami Md. Jafar sb, secretary Mohd. Gulam Akbar sb, Abdul Basit Anwar sb, Mohd. Rafique Qasmi sb, and other were present on this special occasion.

Sahulat microfinance Society all set to start


New Delhi: An inaugural function of Sahulat microfinance society, an NGO of Vision 2016 was held on 5th January, 2011.

The president of Sahulat, Arshad Ajmal gave the inaugural speech and said that Sahulat Microfinance Society will function in entire nation to uplift the weaker section of the society economically.

He said that Sahulat Microfinance society will give loan to poor people, and they will return the money without interest and in easy installment.

By such contribution, the poor people will be able to solve their financial problems and this thing will help them to stand their own businesses.

In the inaugural function, the ameer-e-Jamaat, Jalaluddin sb, secretary general of JIH, Nusrat sb, and general secretary of HWF, Prof. K. A. Siddique made their valuable presence and discussed for the functioning of sahuat microfinance society in Delhi and in other states too.
