Human Welfare Foundation New Delhi stablished a Vocational Training Centre in Baragachiya, Malda West Bengal. An Inaugural function was held on December 25, 2009.The programme was attended by several Distinguished personalities and Government officers. Its first session will be started from 21st January 2010.Right now Plumber and Electrician Trades are being started. Through this initiative Foundation wants to develop technical skills among muslim youths. The programme was specially attended by The Deputy Majistrate Arun Ghosh , Asst Eng. Chanchal, Division Miss. Shibani Saha, BDO Chanchal Govind Datto Eng. Nurul Islam Dr. Rasheeduddin Medical Officer Chanderpura health Centre etc.
