New Delhi 4 July :Human welfare Trust launched a programme of MSS under vision 2016 on 4th July 2010 at Shoora Hall, headquarter of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind. The programme was inaugurated by Khalil Ahmad sb, Ameer-e-Mukhami, Jamia Nagar. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami was set up for the upliftment of minority section of the society in educationally, economically and socially. It has benefited people in every need. For long time there was a need to give medical facility to poor people who cannot afford costly medicines, medical facility and treatment etc. The Al-Shifa Hospital in Jamia Nagar of trust is in verge of completion. Thereafter the Trust will open such hospitals in other places also.
He said that we have sent here for the welfare of mankind and giving medical facility to patient is one of the novel work. He quoted some hadith regarding patients’ treatment and highlighted the importance of providing medical service to them. He also said that Allah has sent medicine for all the diseases but we should trust on Allah that the medicine will work and the patient will be cured by the wishes of Allah. For this the doctors should pray for the healing of the patients. He also said that the doctors should uplift the patients’ spirit because patient follow the instructions of doctors apart from taking medicines. The doctors should do for the healing of the patient who are addicted of alcohol, tobacco etc.
Mr. Basit Anwar sb, Secretary of Tarbiat gave the clear view of Jamaat-e-Islami, hind and said that vision is its part in which there is a target of opening score of hospitals in many parts of India in those places where there is a huge population of minority and lack of medical hospitals.
Dr. Moti Lal, the vice president of Medical Service Society conducted the programme. He said that such meetings of MSS will be done in near future for better functioning of MSS. He also appealed to the panel of doctors which were present in the meeting of MSS to organize free medical camp and blood donation camp on time to time to approach most of the patients and help them directly. Various doctors participated in this meeting, some of them are Dr. M. Husain, Dr. Sajid Khan, Ahmed Abdullah, Zakir Hussain Bahlim, Dr. Saha Safder, Dr. Shaklur Rahman, Dr. Md. Abasar, Dr. Md. Aslam, Dr. Faiza Manzoor, Dr. Shamshad Ahmad, Dr. Dilshad Sami, Dr. Md. Shamsher Akhtar, Khursheed Anwer, Dr. Ajit Kr. Thakur, Dr. Mohammad Saleem, Dr. Rehanullah Khan. Dr. M Hussain, vice president of MSS introduced about the MSs.
There were doctors from reputed hospitals of Delh also like Escorts and AIIMS. The next date of meeting of MSS was scheduled on 1 August for medical camp. Temporarily Dr. Rahnullah Khan, G. Surgeon is elected for President, Dr. Ahmad Abdullah, vice president, Dr. Mohammad Salim, Pathologist elected for vice president of MSS.
