New Delhi: 25 Feb 2010 On 11th October 2009, the Hindu published a story titled “Delhi village leads life without electricity”. ‘Badarpur Khadar Village in Karawal Nagar constituency area of North-East Delhi’ lacks every basic facility. It has no power, no water connection, no school and nor a government dispensary.
